- A user-friendly, web-based trial tracker with your logo, hosted on our servers...no need to bother with installation procedures or IT support personnel.
- Screening Tools. Keep track of the candidates you've screened, as they are entered into your own on-line database.
- Office Visit Tracking. Keep track of the physician, procedure, and notes for each of your patients' visits.
- Scheduler. Schedule a patient for visits with multiple physicians and coordinators.
- Detailed Reports. Information on Candidates, Patient History, Revenue by Doctor, and Revenue by Sponsor is available at a click. The reports section also provides you with a tool to export mailing labels to an Excel spreadsheet to be used with Word's "Mail Merge" facility. A bookings report lets you know at a glance who is booked during every half hour of the day. You can also generate a report to print out each employee's daily schedule.
- Comprehensive Administration. Keep track of your physicians, coordinators, screeners, sponsors, studies, procedures, study areas, and conditions with ease. Add user levels of Screener, Doctor, Coordinator, and Administrator to limit access to various areas to the appropriate personnel. Assign patients to your studies......All this is done with the simplicity of filling out a short form.
